Dan began his sales  in career in 1993 starting his own wholesale distribution business. After a successful venture he felt led to sell that business and began his own Independent sales rep business. Then in 2003 he  got his real estate license and started assisting home buyers and sellers in the North Dallas, Plano, Garland and Richardson areas. In 2016 he received his Brokers License and started Washburn Realty Group. For 21 years his goal has always been to  treat everyone as family. With over 500 home sale transactions completed his level of expertise & customer service is unmatched. In his spare time Dan enjoys walking his two Lab Retrievers, working out at the gym, dancing and bible study.
